Programs, Admissions & Tuition

Programs

One school, one standard, many pathways. A core education across four divisions, three specialized academies, an Independent Study Program, and student services — each designed to challenge a student where they are and leave them somewhere they could not have reached alone.

How the School Is Organized

Where a student fits

The parts overlap by design. A student in Grade 9 sits in the PK–12 Academy and may also be enrolled in College & Careers, learning on campus, in a hybrid week, or fully online.

Nationwide virtual learning — attend from anywhere in the U.S. and select international locations.

Admissions

How admissions works

Enrollment at Discovery Preparatory Academy is by invitation. Every family starts with a short inquiry, and our admissions team reviews each one personally.

  1. Submit an inquiry

Tell us about your family and your student. It takes a few minutes and starts the conversation.

  2. We review & invite

Our admissions team reviews every inquiry personally. Because enrollment is by invitation, we reach out with the next step.

  3. Records review

Invited families complete a secure records review — previous-school details, authorization to request official records, and any copies you already have.

  4. Interview, decision & enrollment

A virtual interview and placement review, an admissions decision, and — on acceptance — everything needed to enroll.

What you may be asked for

  • Current or most recent transcript.
  • Behavior or disciplinary report, and most recent report card.
  • Authorization to request official records from your student’s school.
  • IEP, 504 plan, or evaluations, where applicable.
  • Enrollment documents (birth certificate, immunizations, proof of residence) after acceptance.

Non-discrimination policy

Discovery Preparatory Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.

Our admissions team will share the current application steps, any applicable fees, and enrollment dates when you begin your inquiry. Placement is reviewed individually for every student.

Tuition

Tuition & fees

Tuition is discussed directly with families during admissions, alongside any payment arrangements available to them. We would rather have that conversation properly than publish a number without the context that belongs to it.

Payment plans, sibling considerations, and financial-assistance options are discussed alongside tuition so that each family has the full picture. Reach out to the admissions team to talk through what works for you.
